If the startpage of your browser was highjacked by greatsearch.biz and cannot be updated anymore, please follow this few steps to solve the problem:

Open taskmanager and quit process reg22.exe, because this process is updating your sartpage all the time to greatsearch.biz

Search for all files named reg33* in your filesystem and delete them (even delete them in recycle bin).

Open regedit and remove all entries in Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Main which are containing greatsearch.biz


Thats all. Relax and explore the rest of my site.

Keep in mind: all steps are at your own risk, but this solution worked fine for me.
